MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
Productivity, optimisation, control
Mechanical engineers provide every sector with highly technical products which ensure that the petroleum industry produces its fuel and car manufacturers their VWs, Mercedes or BMWs efficiently, and that the aerospace industry can manufacture with precision and greater speed.
Digital twins of machines are supposed to help engineer the plants more quickly and efficiently. The human-machine interface (HMI) plays a crucial role here, of course. Fault frequencies and productivity figures also need to be analysed so that the machinery can be optimised. This requires a great deal of data to be collected, displayed and analysed so that fault response times can be improved and processes optimised, and so that control and monitoring can be made more convenient. Whether to store data locally or use them in the cloud for further evaluation and business models is a crucial decision that has to be made within the company.
Together we will design a convincing concept for a variety of approaches.
